Building capacity; personally, and professionally has to be intentional. Changing environments and expanding workload demands that employees develop assertiveness, maintain focus, make informed decisions, and appropriately manage personal and professional responsibilities. This workshop presents participants with tools and techniques that would enhance their holistic development and improve productivity.
