Cancellation
& Refund Policy

The Massy Learning Institute (“MLI”) is committed to providing our clients with exceptional courses and service.

We understand, however, that circumstances may arise that cause a client to cancel their attendance. Our courses are tailored toward the specific number of registered participants and planned in advance with our presenters and resources. No-shows or late cancellations have an impact on the quality of service we can provide to you. For these reasons, we have implemented the following Cancellation Policy:

You must notify MLI of a cancellation no less than three (3) business days prior to the scheduled program. Provided you have given us advanced notice, you will receive credit to a future program. This credit must be used within three (3) months.

Notification of a cancellation must be made in writing and/or by phone. If notification is provided by phone, it must be confirmed in writing by MLI.

Provided you have notified us in writing within the prescribed three (3) day period, you may transfer your registration to another program. Where that program is of lesser value, any excess value will be refunded to you in the manner described in Clause 7 below. Where the program selected for transfer is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference at the time of registration.

We are unable to facilitate transfers or credit where registrants do not turn up for their program on the scheduled day(s) without the required prior written notice. You will be billed for the program in question.

We are happy to honor substitutions. However, substitutions must be made no less than 24 hours prior to the program where the substitution is requested. Note however that any certificate awarded may be delayed if the certificates are prepared ahead of time.

In the unlikely event that we cancel a program due to emergency, registrants will be notified by email and/or by phone. Registrants will be given a choice of a transfer or a refund. If the registrant is not available and/or there is no response by the end of the business day of the notification, a transfer will automatically be made.

Refunds will be made by ACH transfer.

If you arrive more than thirty (30) minutes late to a class, you may be unable to enter. You will still be billed for the class.

If you register for a complimentary class we ask that you notify us of cancellation if you are unable to attend. This will allow another person to register.

 MLI may make amendments to these terms at any time.
