Every impactful leader had to learn to become one. This interactive programme tackles the challenges of transitioning into a leadership role. You will be exposed to a variety of tools, methods and structures to assist with balancing time, tasks, team needs, individual development and performance management.
Participants will learn to:
- Dissect the concepts of leadership and management.
- Identify the characteristics of an effective leader, exploring leadership styles.
- Understand the connection between communication and employee satisfaction.
- Examine the leadership model and recognize its relevance in meeting your team’s needs, goals and circumstances.
