In this programme, you will develop practical plans for thriving in this volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous and hyperconnected world (VUCAH) of accelerated hyper-change.
Participants will learn to:
- Understand what the VUCAH world is, and what drives it.
- Appreciate how the VUCAH world is impacting the workplace and our personal journeys of self-development.
- Distinguish states of well-being, ranging from diving to thriving.
- Become aware of our capacity to adapt our leadership, and distinguish between technical challenges and adaptive challenges.
