Change is the only constant. In this programme, participants will examine the need for change, discuss the various change strategies and understand that while change cannot be controlled, it can be managed.
Participants will learn to:
• Define Change Management and understand the various responses to change.
• Examine the Change Curve and develop ways to manage it.
• Discuss and use the ADKAR model to assist and coach others and self through change.
• Recognize the reasons for resistance to change and the importance of clear communication.
