Understanding behaviours is a key skill in improving your communication in and outside of the workspace. In this 2-day programme, you will explore your behavioral tendencies and preferences, and how these preferences influence your decision making, communication style, working style, planning and flexibility.
Participants will learn to:
- Have a deeper understanding of your individual strengths, weaknesses and areas for improvement.
- Be fully aware of how you prefer to communicate and interact with colleagues and the environment around you.
- Have a greater knowledge of the similarities and difference between yourself and your colleagues.
