Whether you are looking to negotiate a better deal, hoping to resolve an issue or create win-win solutions, negotiation requires the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate. In this 2-day intensive programme, you will explore the fundamentals of negotiation and acquire a framework for maximising its process. Learn conventional theories alongside innovative strategies to achieve positive outcomes. Participate in simulations and discussions that will build your communication skills, tactics and approaches to tackle difficult negotiations towards a successful outcome!

Participants will learn to:

  • Understand the purpose, key features and uses of Microsoft Excel.
  • Learn the basic functions to effectively navigate worksheets and workbooks along with several tips and tricks.
  • Learn how to input data, and understand the use of functions as well as the structure of formulas.
  • Discover how to edit and format data, including using borders, colours and font sizes, merging of cells and alignment of text.
  • Create charts, graphs and pictorials along with understanding which graphic to use to display different types of data.
