Hard conversations are an inevitable part of every workplace—but avoiding them can be even more damaging. In this interactive workshop, participants will gain the skills and strategies to successfully conduct challenging conversations in a professional setting.

Participants will learn to:

• Define challenging conversations and understand why we try to avoid them.

• Recognize the real cost of avoiding challenging conversations in business.

• Examine the differences between a fixed mindset and a growth mindset.

• Learn and interrogate the six steps to conducting a challenging conversation with confidence, and the seven key mistakes to avoid.
