In this two-hour programme, you will be exposed to the Invaluable Laws of Growth by Leadership Author, Dr. John C. Maxwell. Take a deep dive into the law of Character Growth, and unlock the keys to reaching your full potential.
Participants will learn to:
- Review and understand the behaviours of high-trust leaders and recognize the importance of trust as both character and competence.
- Examine the tools and habits that help shape trustworthy team members.
- Identify the habits needed to build and grow your trust muscle.
- Explore the 5-step process to becoming a trusted leader or, to help restore trust.
