Change is a constant factor of life. In this programme, you will improve your capability to understand and manage organizational change, learn how to embrace and manage change while acquiring the tools to effectively respond and adapt to changes in your environment.
Participants will learn to:
- Clarify the understanding of planned change and the awareness of why it is necessary to manage in the context of changes in the Caribbean region, the business environment and the wider World.
- Explore the concept of Who Moved my Cheese and discuss key elements as they relate to the changes we all go through at some time.
- Apply the concepts shared from Who Moved My Cheese in a holistic way to scenarios encountered in the work environment.
