Conversational Intelligence is a strategy that not only helps you to manage factors like words, body language, and even silence in the workplace, but to strengthen your skills communicating with anyone, anywhere. Our two-day programme will redefine your expectations of conversation, arming you with the tools you need to radically transform your relationships.

Participants will learn to:

• Understand the concept of Conversational Intelligence.

• Embrace your role in improving conversational quality.

• Note the three levels of conversations, knowing when and how to engage in each.

• Build trust by structuring conversations effectively.

• Apply fundamental C-IQ concepts, and practice using C-IQ tools.
