Conversational Intelligence is a strategy that not only helps you to manage factors like words, body language, and even silence in the workplace, but to strengthen your skills communicating with anyone, anywhere. Our two-day programme will redefine your expectations of conversation, arming you with the tools you need to radically transform your relationships.

Participants will learn to:

  • Understand the concept of conversational intelligence.
  • Explore and apply fundamental C-IQ concepts and practise using C-IQ tools.
  • Embrace your role and responsibility as leaders for improving the quality of your conversations.
  • Examine the three levels of conversations and know when and how to engage each.
  • Learn how to structure your conversations to build trust and become a more effective communicator.
