Research has shown that there is an increase in low moods and alcoholism during the holidays. Furthermore, post holidays, there tends to be an increase in mental health challenges which include depression and anxiety. We will come together with the understanding that it is okay not to be okay. Your grief is normal. Register for this 1-hour seminar which will focus on strategies to cope in a healthy way that does not push away or deny your experience with loss.
Participants will learn to:

- Evaluate the various healthy methods of coping with loss.
