Susanna holds over 14 years of experience in Organizational Learning and Development, and Competence Assessment Management and Administration, across industries spanning from Aviation and Telecommunications to the Energy Sector. Additionally, she has been involved in Project Management, Training and Organizational Development for the Massy Wood Group, implementing a successful competency-based framework. Susanna holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies from the Anglia Ruskin University, London. She is also a Certified Competency Assessor and Competency Verifier (City & Guilds) as well as a Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument Certified Practitioner.
