The Massy Graduate Trainee Program has been in existence for over fourteen (14) years and was established to support succession plans for the group by identifying suitably talented recent graduates to meet the Group’s future business objectives. It was felt that as a part of our Corporate Social Responsibility, Massy has a role in assisting with the development of the leadership capability of our young people not only for our respective companies, but also as members of our society.
The program is geared towards young graduates who are eager to gain practical experience in the world of work. Successful candidates will have multi-function exposure based on the industry placement.
The program’s current structure is built around the Expectations of a Massy Leader and aligns with the company’s Purpose, “…….. Creating value Transforming Life”.
Candidates are selected via a screening process which includes an interview and final assessment.
- To provide graduates with the necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities which will help them bridge the gap from University to the world of work.
- To support the Group’s Succession Planning initiatives.
Recent Under/Post Graduates (within the last four years)
- A first degree or equivalent from an accredited institution, with no more than two (2) years working experience.
- A first degree or equivalent from an accredited institution, with no more than four (4) years working experience.
