This course builds on the core strategic concepts in corporate value creation, leveraging management’s understanding of its journey and on developing a company’s strategic capability for growth (using the
Massy Group context) and on the leadership characteristics needed deliver on the strategic objectives.

At the end of this course, participants will be able to apply advanced concepts on strategy. As well, participants will have the necessary elements to design disruptive and innovative strategies, operationalizing the notion of business model innovation to Caribbean business atmospheres.
Specific Objectives:
• To review the fundamentals of strategy at a firm level and business level.
• To activate the new notion of radical strategizing and strategic orchestration.
• To provide a new way of reading the business atmosphere
• To understand the organizational and strategic challenges of crafting and deploying growth strategies in volatile and unpredictable markets.
