In this programme, participants will examine the need for change, discuss the various change strategies and understand the concept of change as the only constant.

• Define Change Management and understand the various responses to change.
• Examine the Change Curve and develop ways to manage it.
• Discuss and use the ADKAR model to assist and coach others and self through change.
• Recognize the reasons for resistance to change and the importance of clear communication.
