Georgina is qualified as an Accountant, Coach, Project Management Professional, and Change Management Consultant with over 25 years of outstanding results, delivery and experience. Dubbed the “Passions to Profitability Expert,” she has also served as an inspirational speaker locally and internationally, delivering a 2019 TEDx talk on relevance in the age of new technologies. In addition, Georgina is an accomplished facilitator and trainer, having been accredited by infoDev, a World Bank programme supporting high-growth entrepreneurs in developing economies. Selected as a Trinidadian Ambassador for Women’s Entrepreneurship Day, she is also the Managing Director of Business & People Development Associates Limited (BPD). Through BPD, Georgina aids everyone from aspiring entrepreneurs to multinational organizations to achieve their—and their clients’—desired business and personal goals.

Georgina is originally from London. Prior to moving to Trinidad and Tobago in 2001, she worked for The Economist and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Her success with local, regional, and international clients—in addition to Trinidad and the UK, she has also worked in the Jamaican and West African markets—reveals her ability to adapt quickly to diverse cultural norms. She has assisted career professionals, entrepreneurs (aspiring and established), departments and entire organizations to increase and align their passion, productivity, processes and profits. Georgina strongly believes that her purpose is to help others to develop careers and businesses by design rather than by default, so they achieve their version of freedom.
